After you have completely filled out these forms, please feel free to mail them, drop them off in person, or email them to us.
- Parent Questionnaire
- Student Questionnaire
- Transcript Request Form (grades 1 and above)
- Recommendation Form (grades 1 and above)
Once your application package has been received, we will contact you to set up testing. Placement in a specific grade is determined upon completion of the admissions process.
Interview with Headmaster:
The Headmaster performs an interview with all prospective parents in order help to assure that SSCCA is a good fit for families interested in joining the Academy. These interviews are a good way for the Headmaster to better understand the family’s expectations and to get acquainted with the parents and their children. The interview is also important in assuring that the Academy’s expectations are clear to incoming families and to affirm that that our goals and standards are shared.
You will be notified about acceptance once the steps above have been completed. Should you have any questions along the way, don’t hesitate to contact our office at 410.795.1249.
